說真的，有關大麻與性愛，我們應該相信什麼？目前大麻對人類性行為的科學研究幾乎沒有有效的研究證據，但我們有的是一堆傳聞和故事，以下是關於大麻和性愛的10個有趣事實：
1. 根據美國醫療大麻網站2016年的報告，女性比男性更常將大麻作為性慾增強劑來使用（8％vs 5％）。同時，有88％的受訪者表示他們認為大麻有助緩解疼痛症狀和虛弱的身體，更有77％的人認為大麻提升了他們的性需求。
2. SKYN（保險套品牌）也在2017年做了類似的調查。調查結果顯示，有44％的大麻用戶會使用保險套，非大麻用戶的比例則為48％。但是，當你閱讀他們的報告時會發現，有37％的用戶聲稱擁有15個或更多的性伴侶，80％的用戶擁有更多的一夜情，更有59％的重度大麻用戶認為他們使用大麻後的性能力是非常驚人的！
3. 對於男性來說，大麻能將大腦的注意力轉移到對陰莖的注意力上……在接受調查的800名男性中，有83％的人認為大麻增強了他們的性快感，並且與他們的勃起或射精控制無關。在另一項研究中，75％的男性認為大麻增加了性快感和滿意度，68％的人表示增強了性高潮，39％的人認為增加了性交的時間。
4.一項對女性的調查報告發現，90％的女性認為大麻增加了性快感和滿足感，40％的女性報告說大麻增加了性高潮的質量。但是，這些研究是建設在低劑量和輕度使用，然而，大量使用大麻或習慣性使用大麻卻與男性勃起功能障礙的風險增加有關。

7.有傳聞說大麻能延長性高潮的時間。在性交前抽大麻的夫婦中，有75％的人認為性高潮的持續時間更長。另一方面，大麻確實會混淆你的時間感。所以，有時候感覺時間過了很久，其實才過了一下。
8.如果你第一次使用大麻做愛，這可能不會是一個真正的經驗。它可能真的會讓你放鬆，但是，你的大腦和身體給你的經驗可能不會是一個真實的感知。大麻可以提高你的身體敏感度，使用它來性愛是非常值得的。但是，使用後的經驗很可能會與一般的實際經驗有落差，在沒有大麻的下一個性行為可能會讓你感到失望。
9.你必須知道你在做什麼，沒有什麼比跟另一半在床上捲一支Joint更浪漫的事。愉快的性行為都要有行程，像對話、撫摸或前戲等，但你應該還要再多加計劃一下品種、劑量和使用方法。
10.可以嘗試使用一些潤滑液或精油。雖然沒有科學的證據，但是，大麻的外用藥和潤滑液都很常被人拿來用作性慾增強劑，目前很多藥店都在推廣大麻潤滑油來增加消費者的性感受。他們承諾可以增加男性做愛的時間或提高女性性高潮的時間。
